Ivy Tech Community College’s Bedford location, at StoneGate Arts & Education Center, 931 15th St., is a branch of the Ivy Tech Bloomington campus.
Ivy Tech offers a variety of college courses that can be taken in Bedford, such as general education classes for transfer to Indiana four-year colleges and classes that count toward certifications leading to jobs and associate degrees.
Ivy Tech offers certifications and associate degrees in business, logistics and supply chain, public affairs and social services, information technology, arts, sciences, education, health sciences, nursing, advanced manufacturing, engineering and others.
A student who has not yet completed a college degree could be eligible for tuition-free job training. Ivy Tech job certifications for eligible Hoosier residents are paid for by the Workforce Ready Grant through Next Level Jobs Indiana, in programs like EMT, HVAC, LPN, Medical Assisting, Business Administration, IT and others.
